Deposits are required to secure internal scheduling and operational capacity.

Once a coverage slot is secured, it is removed from availability.

Cancellations, changes of mind, or failure to provide access result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Deposits are not payments solely for cleaning services, but for securing operational resources.

Rescheduling is discretionary and not guaranteed.

This policy exists to protect service availability and prevent misuse of scheduling capacity.
