By submitting a request through In-House Works, you agree to the following terms:
1. Estimates
- All estimates are non-binding and based on information provided.
- Final pricing may change if conditions differ upon service delivery or walkthrough.
2. Deposits
- A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure a coverage slot.
- Deposits confirm internal scheduling and crew allocation.
3. Scheduling
- All services are manually scheduled and confirmed by our operations team.
- Requested dates and arrival windows are preferences, not guarantees.
4. Commercial Services
- Commercial pricing may require a site walkthrough before confirmation.
- Walkthroughs are part of scope validation and operational planning.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Accurate information must be provided.
- Clients must ensure access, utilities, and safe working conditions.
- Pets must be secured during service windows.
6. Right to Refuse Service
- In-House Works reserves the right to refuse or halt service due to unsafe, unsanitary, or misrepresented conditions.
